Once full payment is confirmed, your order for a tailor-made adult companion doll will be processed according to the following terms:

• Production will begin only after full payment has been successfully received through your chosen payment method.

• Production time: Estimated 10–20 business days, depending on customization complexity.

• Once production begins, no further changes to customization details can be accepted.

🔁 Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tailor-made dolls are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom dolls unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details.

• Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after production is completed.
